Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty

We stay at this property regularly while visiting family. It’s not fancy but is always clean and comfy. Breakfast is ok — I was happy when they added waffle irons. They always have eggs and some sort of breakfast meat, but I’m allergic to eggs so I wish they would add oatmeal or perhaps a non-sugary cereal besides Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes.

In all fairness it was the day after hurricane Isaias went by, but pretty sure these problems weren't related to that. The key making device was not working, so the clerk unlocked the door of our room. When I walked in it was meat locker cold and the AC was on high. The adjustment device on the heater by the window was not connected and the top of it was badly bent up. The wall device worked, but the display was only half visible, but pretty sure it was reading 50°. Thr heat worked, and I got the room warmed up. The room had been cleaned, but for some reason they used so much odor-ban to mask the odor they were trying to conceal it was difficult to breathe and gave me a headache. The room we got should not have been assigned to anyone.
