The complementary breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub area was nice. They could have had more employees for breakfast, food was slow in getting ready. Also should have information for surrounding area restaurants.

Staff were nice and helpful, rooms were clean, and best price in the area. Plus free milk and cookies at night!

The bathroom door was off its track and I got locked into the bathroom until someone came and was able to get me out. It was pretty scary. I was too frightened to close the bathroom door for the rest of my stay. The rest of the hotel was wonderful, although it would have been nice if they had a hot tub with their pool.

We stayed in a room that was on 4st and 2nd Ave. we didn’t sleep between 12:30 and 4 am due to vehicles outside. It sounded like 10 motorcycles constantly at full rev the whole time. Either the sound proofing is terrible or it was an odd night. But during the bar close hours 4th St is LOUD. I have no idea if the other side would be better. But I can’t recommend the place and won’t likely return without clarifying where I’m at in the building.

It's hard to quantify "good taste", but this hotel has it in spades. The style hearkens back to a Victorian hotel, and the staff were very helpful. It's a beautifully-maintained property. And dinner at their on-site restaurant was superb.
