I stopped for the night here on my way further west the next day. Long after I’d hit the road, I realized I left my bed pillow from home in the room. I called and the staff went to look for it immediately. They located it and I was able to pick it up on my way home a day later. So thankful for their willingness to help me fix a situation of my own making.

Check-in took longer than normal, guest laundry was not free and machines used quarters. The hotel needs to be renovated. The bathroom was clean.

Very pleasantly surprised at the well kept up and cleanliness of the facility and my room. Would have no issue staying there again. Staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was an added bonus.

We checked into the hotel, and the hotel was not working. I went to the front desk and the lady said she would walk up and look then work to get maintenance set up. It was 10:40 at night, I requested another room they said they could not make that happen. So I requested it be taken care of in the morning so we could go to sleep. The following morning they stated they would be there at 9:30 not to get to descriptive this required my family to go to public restrooms and attempt to get going in the morning. The toilet was fixed by 10:30 by the staff and my wife requested a discount the Manager jumped right to you need to leave withing 30 minutes. While I'm sure my wife was frustrated and rude that is ridiculous. Just incredibly poor service.

I have never seen nor been to a hotel that offered five hot tubs in addition to a pool! The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety to choose from that was healthy and not just starch - filled high carbohydrate junk food. The coffee also had amazing flavor. The location was ideal and worked well for business and pleasure. I will definitely be biking again in future!
