It's located just 2.5 blocks from the beach, the parking is very limited...$40/day in a very tight small garage with pipes on low ceiling. Damaged the top of our jeep rental on pipes. Standing water in garage that u had to walk thru, smelled like sewage the entire time. Had a pull out couch bed with no linens, asked for a blanket for it and they said they could not do that. They tried to give me a sheet, when I said that was unacceptable, they brought me a comforter from their lost and found! The bldg is older, decor is old and stained (couch) Bathroom garbage can was dirty, white plaster on walls, lots of hair and dust under the TV stand, internet did not work half the time. We asked for Xtra cream/sugar for coffee, they said they couldn't do that. I would not stay here again.

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.

Everything was perfect! Thank you to the Marbella Team, our stay was excellent. We enjoyed everything Mākaha valley had to offer. Especially the amazing sunsets! 10/10 would recommend

Lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who couldn't do more to accommodate. Very comfortable bed and a good shower, once I figured out how to use it! Great location for the beach and local amenities - a safe and walkable area. Bring earplugs though. I slept well with them, but the aircon unit combined with general noise from the surrounding area meant this wasn't a quiet location. As long as you know that and are prepared, you'll have a lovely time here.
