It's good and very convenient place to stay for fishing in devils lake N.D.

We chose to stay because we had family nearby, not for hunting or fishing purposes. The room was really clean, well stocked with dishes and linens, shampoo etc. we had a view of the lake, even though it’s a short distance away. Nice boat landing area too. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good place to stay, I’d stay again.

Basic hotel that obviously has not been updated since it was built. A large area of the carpet was damaged by the front entry. We found our sheets were stained yellow. Could not use the pull out sofa as it was partially sticking out and old and uncomfortable. There was also no bedding in the room so we had to ask. The toilet became plugged so we had to get a plunger from the front desk to unclog it ourselves. The outlets are just basic wall outlets. There is no USB plug ins in the wall or lamp outlets. You will need to bring a power bank to plug your charging cords in. In 2026, you’d think hotels would have USB outlets. The property has an unfinished parking lot that is very small. It can be hard to find a parking spot. Breakfast is basic and falls below average when compared to other local hotels. Pros: The rooms offer a microwave and small fridge which is nice. There is a small sink to wash dishes. They also offer small Dove soap bars which is a nice touch. Overall a decent hotel, but it is outdated and does not match the price.
