The property was run down. I was there from Sunday night to the following Saturday morning, and my room was not turned down one time. There was dead bugs around the toilet and hair in the sink that was not mine. The only interaction staff had with me was to knock on my room door and tell me I needed to move my car.

Definitely in need of updates. Great location and having indoor pool was nice.

My Husband and I made a quick trip. ToVirgina Beach. This hotel was affordable, clean, and the hotel staff were very polite. We arrived 3 hours before check in and pleasantly surprised we were granted an early check in. Staff checked on us through txt and anything needed was a txt away with prompt service.

Had to call the property to get someone at the front desk to help me get checked in. Parking lot had trash all over parking spots. Cabinets were dusty, from the inside and on top. Also the bathtub had roaches climbing out. A/c only had one setting; once you pulled the chord out and plugged it in. Half the buttons were torn out. Although it was helpful location for where I needed to go. Very rinkadink‼️

We never slept here. The room was incredibly dirty. Stained sheets, stained carpet, god only knows what on the walls in the bathroom. The table and chairs were a table that folded out from the wall with a stick underneath. The chairs were two rusty folding chairs. The blinds in the window were busted up and only covered half the window. I honestly don’t know how they’ve not been shut down. We quickly found another hotel.

toilet seat was broke, refrigerator not working, shampoo was empty
