No breakfast. Not even coffee.

Location was good. Seemed like breakfast was a step down from usual.

Our top sheet on our bed was stained! Throw those away please! Not appealing at all!

Very basic hotel in a small rural area. Room is large, clean. Bathroom is clean. Tub/shower combination. Window A/S works but is very loud. Has a TV with a few basic channels. Bed linens are not changed daily. Pool is closed, has not operated for several years. Vending machine for sodas is broken. Fees are charged ($100) if you have to reschedule. We use it when visiting a relative who is in hospice, and there are no other lodging options within 20 miles.

Room clean, convenient location, quiet

It was refreshing to stay at a nice, clean motel. You could see that they have done repair work, but they also painted the wall to blend it in, which is a step that a lot if hotels don't take these days. The bed was super soft, clean rooms, and the desk guy was super friendly. Our only complaint was that there was no biscuits and gravy, but the lady explained why. If a lack of sausage was the worst complaint, then that is a sign that this was a very nice hotel.
