Maintenance of facilities was very poor. The tv didn't work would not stay there again.

Two crucial things I look for are breakfast and shower pressure. BW+ Bradford was excellent on both!

Basic but good. Hotel dot com helped us negotiate one less night.

Great clean room and location was also nice

There was no bottled water supplied unless you went down to front desk. Only one coffee cup in the room discovered in the morning. No safe in room.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice

Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time

Our room appeared clean until I went into bathroom and found hair on the vanity, so I cleaned it myself. As I was getting into the shower I grabbed the floormat and it was soaked and again had hair on it. I had called the desk for extra pillows and when she came I had showed her the bathroom and bathmat she offered to bring me a new and that was all! No care if our room was actually cleaned! Will not recommend!
