This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.

Staff were friendly and even offered to haul luggage up the stairs.

Pro: Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked. Parking was easy. Con: Ice machine was far away in other building.

The room showed need of maintenance . The inside window sill, absence of drain plug in one of the sinks, carpet needs restretching. Poor shower head in the bathtub. Sink faucet turn on very irregular from light to very heavy water pressure. Very loud noise from refrigerator - unplugged it for the night. Beach view was good, but our room 302 had no balcony (which we assumed all beach- side rooms had).

At best, this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms were worn, with stained furniture, peeling leather chairs, and a run-down bathroom with a clogged bathtub. The biggest issue was the noise. Ongoing street construction made every passing car sound like a gunshot, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Hotel did offer ear plugs and noise canceling machine… Room service is only available in the morning, and there aren't any convenience stores nearby. However, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a good restaurant on the property. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its rating, and I wouldn't stay here again. DO NOT USE THE SELF PARKING LOT NEXT TO HOTEL ON CORNER OF 11th/ALDER! Several cars were broken into when we stayed there on several nights. USE HOTEL VALLET!

I liked how clean it was ! The restaurants are good and the rooftop one is definitely an experience . I felt comfortable and was pleased overall .its also a great location I wld def go back

5 stars, and if we could go higher, we would! This was one of the best family stays we have had so far. The beach was so close, and the town had so many great things to see and experience. The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the managing agency stayed connected the whole time, so we never had to wonder about anything. The neighbourhood was quiet, the home was beautiful, and every little detail was appreciated, even the sandcastle building toys! We are so grateful for such a beautiful trip. Well done. We will be back!
