AC very noisy but other than that: great motel!

the room and amenities are well maintained, clean and convenient, the customer service is awesome , answering requests fast and responsive.

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatus. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed while still being quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy week. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The elevator was out of order from the afternoon we arrived until we left the next day. So, we had a 5th floor walk-up. I overheard the guy at the front desk refer to the elevator as a "luxury" to someone upstairs requesting help. There was trash in the stairwell and it reeked of weed. They charged us to park in front of the hotel. The room had a "sea view" if you looked past I-95. And the noise from the highway was enough to disturb someone with trouble sleeping. It might be quieter in a room without the sea view. The bathroom sink was cracked; the tub caulk was moldy; the floor of the tub was pitted with bits of paint and plaster; the shower curtain rack was pulling out of the wall so it drooped, making it impossible to shut the shower curtain completely. All that to say, the bathroom is showing it's age. Breakfast was adequate. Bedding and floor was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable, one was hard and quite thick, the other felt like my camping days when I'd shove some clothes in a sack and rest my head on it. The hallway was clean, quiet, and well-lit (unlike the stairwells). Really, it was ok and would have been fine, I think, if the elevator had worked. We didn't feel unsafe and improvements have been made, but the bathroom fixtures, while functional, should be updated to match the rest of the room.

The hotel was clean and in generally good condition. The staff was polite and tried to be helpful. Negatives: No room service or table restaurant service at dinner. Food needed to be ordered from menu at front desk and order then personally given to the chef. He was very nice and the food was quite good. When the order was ready, he called my room and I needed to come downstairs to get it. The pool was closed with a sign saying that it was "out of order until further notice". The ice machine on the fourth floor was not operating. My room was not made up when I was out for the day. Upon calling the front desk, I was told that rooms are only receive maid service every other day. For a Hilton, with lots of prominent hyped signs about "exceeding guests' expectations" and the room rate, this seemed a bit out of order. I was able to have some fresh towels delivered to my room. The location of the hotel was a bit odd. The pictures on Hotels.com implied a setting surrounded by restaurants, shops etc. The hotel was actually down a long cul de sac next to a Lowe's. My room looked out onto an abandoned and overgrown structure that may have once been a garage or office building indicative of a commercial area that had seen better days. Interesting but curious. There was no free breakfast buffet, and the buffet on view appeared to be no great shakes, for $18.00. However, the lady in charge was very nice and provided me with a nice breakfast of eggs cooked to order.
