We had an issue with a noisy blower on our air-conditioning and there was no problem switching rooms. Also, TJ was extremely helpful in letting us stay in the same room for multiple nights. He’s awesome. Pool & hot tub were wonderful

The setting and gardens were fabulous, as was the food and dining experience in the main dining room. The rooms and furniture in the lounge are a bit dated, has that 80's feel. Could use a bit of updatig. Can't say enough about the overall setting, views and dining...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and well stocked. The food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay even though it was brief.
