Beautiful location. Quirky quaint property.

Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets.

I wrote on the required paper for towels and never received it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Vanilla yogurt and the granola was especially tasty along with warm muffins. My only complaint is that I was given the impression this was a hotel but the standard rooms are basically a motel. I don’t think it’s worth a nicer hotel price when it’s just an older somewhat renovated motel.

Location perfect, food at Noble wonderful

Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location

Everything went smoothly, the place was very,very clean. The mattress was soft like other reviews indicate but good enough to sleep. I enjoy the morning coffee. Our suite was nice and spacious.The town is not too far from Bar Harbor, I would go back there again.
