The room was clean but did not have a microwave, which caused more paying food necessities. The understandable up-sale is not withstanding in this economy. We only stayed because storms took out our electricity. I would have been grateful for the second day booking being refunded like the hotel agent said but we only received a $105.00 refund for a $200+ charge. Not a refund so don’t tell customers you will refund then adjust it to whatever you want.

This hotel is really more of an extended stay residence. As such amenities like the pool and continental breakfast are no longer offered. The bed was clean, the rest of the room not so much. Not filthy, just not really clean. The shower wasn't terribly clean and the bathroom was covered in black mold. We have stayed here multiple times in the past but this will be our last visit unless something drastic changes. There are other, better options in the area for a comparable price.

We absolutely loved this place from the moment we walked through the door! We came for nascar race weekend and it was the absolute perfect place to lay our head after the races! It’s quiet and beautiful! The space also had everything we could’ve possibly needed! We wished we had more time to spend at the location and will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early & they accommodated that by switching our rooms to some already cleaned.
