Loved that it was centrally located in Brookings. Basic room mostly clean. But the bathtub was not. We did complain upon checkout and manager was very nice and we were compensated. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Entry door had large air gap. Carpet was stained in several places. Those things are mostly understandable, but there were 2 things, and main reasons for a "meh" rating,,the water for the shower was barely lukewarm. Almost too cold to shower. And the smell of the water treatment plant next door. But the people cleaning the rooms were wonderful and helpful.

Facility is acceptable, no complaints. Location is superb. Listening to the crashing waves throughout the night is the real experience here.

Balcony view of old town Bandon is excellent. Walking distance of town and a short drive to the ocean sites. Great stay.

no hot water at all, all bathroom fixtures were lose and wobbly, had upstairs remoldeiing going on on a sunday night. liquid soap and shampo were empty. paid for 2 nights but could not tollerate another, the manager was untruthfull about the othernight refund, not ever again will we stay at this place.

Loved the accommodations in general. Cute decor. Fantastic view. Our cabin was not as clean as we had hoped in certain areas of it.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. Corners on the bathroom floor were just nasty. Nothing special but it was quiet. Thats about it. Not worth the money. Stay at the casino for 40 bucks more a night.
