We weren’t aware that it is pet friendly so the room next to us had a dog barking all night and all morning we could not sleep

Patterson Inn was the best choice I could have made for my recent trip to Denver. The staff were attentive, kind, and made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Chris and his staff are so warm and welcoming, felt as if I was staying with friends. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. Delicious homemade breakfast each morning, with a choice of sweet or savory options really was a highlight. The property is gorgeous, a history buff's dream stay. As a solo traveler, would I highly recommend a stay at the Patterson, neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to get to all major attractions and highways. Thank you to the Patterson Inn for making my trip so comfortable. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll be popping by to say hello and drink at the tavern. :) -Kris from NJ

Rooms were amazing!

Beautiful condo on Baldy Road way up the mountain. If you want to be in town this isn't your place but 10 min drive down. No need for a car as the buss stop is out front, free and allows dogs. My 800 ft condo was fully furnished, jacuzzi fireplace and a garage. Trail heads are all within walking distance

Hotel team was great, location is awesome and really enjoyed the room, views and amenities - all of which were very clean. Highly recommend

Wonderful convenient location! Great place! Great Staff! Good restaurants and bar! Great music! Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Overall excellent! My room was good, clean, in the North Wing, style is a little dated, used, and a bit tired, but comfortable for bathing, relaxing and sleeping accommodations none-the-less. I sellt great. Quiet rooms. Hotel is charming overall and a landmark. I would return on my next visit to Boulder for sure and maybe try a room in the other wing.
