All aspects of the hotel are amazing, can't wait to stay again, Hideaway was so good,bed was so comfy.

The Internet was down when I checked. Which was sorted promptly and a member of staff came to let me know. It was remote check in . No staff to see. But the staff was efficient and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and seamed to have been recently refurbished. It was above a restaurant that I never found to be open. There was a bar on site that was quiet and never disturbed me. My only issue with the area was I struggle to get food that I as okay with As I can have a delicate stomach. I'm not sure on afghan food. But a busy food street 15 min walk way.

Great space but shame about cleanliness and lack of smart TV was disappointing. Reasonable location.

I liked the location and also the modern design of the hotel and furnishings overall. The rooms are however very small, there is very little storage for clothing with just a hanging rail above the fridge ( yes, terrible). The bathroom is also very small and narrow. The worst for me was the lack of an actual breakfast. No, you do not get to go to a main restaurant and get to choose from a variety of cooked and continental together with fresh tea and coffee. At this hotel they bring you a wicker basket with some mini school meals type of foods: a mini box of rice crispies, a mini muffin, one babybell, a mini milk, a mini juice, mini spreads ( jam, nutella, marmalade and butter) but without any toast ( perhaps the hotel expects you to eat these spreads with your fingers straight from the little pots), one mini weetabix. This hotel isn’t upfront about the breakfast offering on the booking platforms however they do charge standard full breakfast rates as all other hotels that actually do offer a real breakfast. I will not stay here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. For context, yes I did query at reception why they offered such a poor breakfast and if they have other options and the answer was ‘that’s all we have’.

Firstly for a hotel at an airport ledges on floor should be suitcase ready especially for solo travels dragging cases over bumps not good, reception was very clean with very helpful staff. On entering the room you couldn’t swing a cat certainly couldn’t even attempt to open the case and barely enough room for 1 case one hand luggage and me however amenities were great and the room was very clean, bed was comfy and easy temp controls. Don’t waste your money on breakfast boiled eggs 2 cheeses but hard around the edges, 1 type of ham, nice fresh fruit and yoghurt was best choice, good toast but no jam or marmalade to be seen pastries left out so a bit dry and small selection of cereal no hot food available the best thing was filter coffee but over all very disappointing won’t be bothering next time plus I fell over going back to lift and not one staff member came or checked I was ok other patrons did check but nothing major just my pride dented
