The hotel itself was somewhat Pleasant for a low end chain like Super 8. The inside was kept up decent and the room was somewhat large. However, several things kept me from giving it a five-star rating, the first being the shower and bathtub did not shut off when the water was turned off, and the water temperature was warm at best. They did switch me to a neighboring room and that was better. A quirky thing that I've never experienced before is there was no place to hang the toilet paper roll, there just wasn't a holder like all bathrooms have. Very minor but just quirky. But what I didn't really like is they advertised breakfast included, and that was an insult because it would be fine for a 10-year-old boy. All they had was Raisin Bran cereal cold, and that's it. No toaster or bread even, not even one of those waffle makers that even the cheaper places have. But to her credit, the young lady who help me with these handled it well and felt that it was just the parent company didn't seem to be putting in enough money and effort to compete with other nearby hotels.

Decent room, but major issues with cleanliness and service ​I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because while the overall property had potential, our stay was let down by basic room maintenance and slow service. ​Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, and there was no daily cleaning provided. Towels were never replaced or refreshed throughout our stay ​Missing Amenities: The room was missing a TV remote, which rendered the TV practically useless. ​Slow Service: When we brought these concerns to the front desk, our complaints were not addressed immediately, leaving us to deal with the issues longer than we should have. ​Basic cleanliness and responsive service should be standard. I hope management works on their housekeeping routines and staff response times for future guests

I found this hotel to be very average. Everything was acceptable, but not exceptional. It was acceptably clean and comfortable. The fridge in the room was broken. The bathroom door didn't lock. It also was made of frosted glass that didn't block the light, so any traveling companions will be woken up if you need to use the bathroom I'm the night.
