Holy and Kyle were awesome! Such wonderful breakfasts each day we were there, delicious! So close to everything we wanted to see. We look forward to coming back for our next Vermont getaway!

Very nice property. Would be great to have coffee in the rooms. Also very limited hot water. Ran out a few times even after a quick shower.

Great family friendly location!

The place was not cleaned well. The water was off we had to call the front desk. The Diswasher was fully of dishes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towel in the kitchen, not even one to start. The wall in the kitchen was dirty

Staff very helpful especially when we had a housecleaning issue when we checked into our room. Skye fixed the issue immediately. Very pleasant staff in the restaurant. Pool and adventure area was fun.

Our stay at the Deer Brook Inn was wonderful! From the moment we arrived and met Carmen and her family, we felt welcomed and very much at home. Our upstairs room was cozy and comfortable. The decor of the entire home is inviting and relaxed. Carmen's breakfasts are delicious and presented with great care. In addition to being a gifted cook, she is a natural as Innkeeper. Warm, gracious, attentive and interesting - an absolute delight! Meeting and spending time her was without a doubt one of the best parts of our trip. We would positively stay at Deer Brook Inn again and again.

Stayed at this resort for 4 nights while biking in the Vermont area. At check I had reserved a condo without ac but it was in the 90’s and the person checking me in offered to move me to the Inn which had same room set up with Kitchen etc and AC - That was Great!!! After morning riding my husband spent a few hours working while I enjoyed the fitness center as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Very few people here during June.
