Staff was very helpful, nice fitness room

We checked in around midnight. There were signs indicating that the property was being renovated. There was an odd smell in the halls and room but not bad. We got to the room and turned the tv on, which was mounted to the wall. Within a few minutes the tv fell off the mount and was hanging. The lady out front sort of apologized and moved us to another room at 1am. It was a long night, downsized room, and not that nice.

Staff were not friendly nor were they helpful

Seems to be long term stays or residency rentals within the hotel. Had to move after night 2 because of loud and unattended children in the room next door. Playing tv and video games, yelling, jumping on the beds and banging the walls. The second night we had to speak to the front desk about it. The problem was not resolved and we requested to be moved the next day. Unfortunately we were out of town for a funeral and it was very inconvenient.
