We declined having the room cleaned the first day, but requested it the remaining days. Even after reporting it to the front desk, it never was cleaned until then last day when we put the Do Not Disturb sign out. It seems like their door hangers work in reverse!

Bed was awful, very noisy and I wouldn’t calm it a queen size bed, princess maybe. The first room they gave us had branches scraping across the window like nails on a chalkboard. When asked for a different room he told me it would be $30 more because he only had a suite, then put us in an identical room to the one we left only on the second floor. When I went back to tell him it’s an identical room and not to charge me $30 he put us in a suite instead and charged the extra money even though there was no reason too. Bathroom had makeup all over the counter so it’s not getting cleaned very well. “Queen size “ bed comes equipped with 3 tiny throw pillows for 2 people to use. Whole building looks worn and dated on the inside. Shuttle to the casino was reliable though. All in all a bad night stay. Was not worth half of what I was charged
