The room was spotless, and I really liked the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the valet experience wasn’t great. It felt like some guests were being helped before others, and I ended up waiting until last to be assisted. I was also disappointed to find that the linens weren’t as clean as I expected, with a few noticeable soiled spots. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the valet service and linen cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Great property & staff. We enjoyed three days here before we left on our cruise . Great locations to lots of attractions, things to do. Easy to get to cruise ship with shuttle booked by hotel. Room was nice & comfortable. Highly recommend . Will stay here again on our next visit .

Hotel staff was very helpful. The lobby is very attractive and functional. The coffee and water availability was very nice. Rooms were very well designed and comfortable.
