Good stay

The hotel is undergoing a remodel, but there were signs everywhere and we appreciate the improvements. It was a great stay!

There is a speakeasy in the lobby

The property is clean, but older. There was also a strong smell of cleaners as soon as you walked into the property but the room itself did not overwhelm once the AC was on. It was a decent, cheap stay for us to go to the zoo and have a weekend in Omaha. Breakfast was kinda lackluster and the yogurts we grabbed were sour so be aware that it may be best to eat out instead. The bed was decent, the shower pressure was wonderful and our room was nice and chilly despite it being a very hot 4th of July. All in all, I would probably stay here again if I was looking to go back to Omaha. Be aware there is no elevator but there are only 3 floors but the place is clean and maintained and that's what i care about most.

The hotel is in a great area downtown, just blocks from Old Market which was really fun with all the shops and several restaurants nearby. Not sure if it was just the room I was given but it felt very run down and not very clean, the bathtub especially was visibly dirty. I wasn’t 100% comfortable because of this but front desk was kind.

Our family was super excited to stay in this hotel with our hometown team to experience the college World Series. We knew the prices would be high, simply because it was close to the park. With that being said, when we first tried to get a room, the price was listed at $500, went up to $1000 a night. Ballpark view was more. What they don’t tell you, is the ballpark view (while it’s beautiful) was also RIDICULOUSLY loud. They offered the mayor’s number upon checking in. I called two days before arrival and asked about a hotel shuttle- no hotel shuttle came when we landed. Tried to call the front desk as advised. No answer. I also asked for a cot to be provided. Supposedly “A note was put on my reservation”. I had to call back and ask for a cot. The WiFi didn’t work, never or anywhere in the hotel. It’s 2026 and at $600-$1000 a night, WiFi is necessary. Trying to check out this morning after the championship games, they were completely out of breakfast items at the Starbucks. Keys were messing up multiple times. To be busy a few times out of the year and to charge these prices. I really expected more. Hotel was pretty clean. I just really expected more to the money.

Room 113 smelled like a mixture of mildew and previously been a smokers room. Breakfast was good. Bed was Okay. Could not get over the smell of mildew.

Did not like that you had to pay for parking on top of your hotel room fee. Staff was excellent but parking options not so great.
