Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

The stay was fine. I was't in the room alot. But I never got a receipt for the stay. There was somehow 2 bookings. Desk agent canceled booth and rebooked. He said he was going to cancel one of the stays but canceled both and rebooked. This made the stay more expensive. The amount was not too much more but it was still more. Trying to get a receipt for my stay was like pulling teeth. I probably won't stay at this property again, unless I have no choices.

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money

Room is clean , breakfasts is sort of okay, staff is nice, but a bit noisy, because close to airport, over all is alright

The guests travelling from abroad wanted out ... wanted to leave as nothing was functional. The wifi was constantly off, no nothing...? I called asking for a supervisor, but sadly she wasn't available. The name, Ramada by Wyndham "was" gold standard with much offerings to its guests... nothing worked; it was as if the only function was to use the area to sleep and that's if my guests could. I am hurt that my guests were unhappy and I felt as if it was a mistake. I apologize for the blunt honest review; look, I know when things go wrong, remedial resolutions are deployed... emergency plumbing, heat wave causing power fluctuations (given what happened last week heat wave advisory). How we undertake the appropriate care is what matters.

Great customer service, comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfast.

We got there in the pouring rain. There were no spots to park. It is awful to park. The steps to get down into the lobby was very slippery. The man at front desk was very rude. I would never stay there.
