Just okay room,

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

This was our 2nd stay here and both times the room was very hot. There was no A/C. Fist time there was no fan available and this time we got a fan. It was uncomfortable and we won’t stay here again.

Pictures are misleading and make the property look clean and modern. Instead the rooms are tired, so so quality updates, and not as clean as I’d expect. For example, the clock on the nightstand was covered in dust. The bathroom in our room was also weird, why would you install a barn door in a room with two double beds, implying at least two people would be staying in the room that aren’t a couple? That’s a real lack of privacy when someone wants to use the toilet.

Concierge lounge was a disappointment. Attendant didn’t seem too interested to be working. Only served a very basic red or white wine. No other drinks offered.
