We stayed for a night for a bachelorette trip all three rooms were clean comfy and had a great view. For the price you can’t beat that location and the staff was super friendly

Level hotels are awesome

Staff was amazing—so helpful, attentive, and hands-on throughout our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view was beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience!

The property is in a great location and the suite was large enough for 3 people, with the sofa bed being quite comfortable. The hotel is tired though and the buffet breakfast was bare minimum and offered paper plates and throw away cutlery. As items ran out they weren’t replaced. That was a disappointing experience. The main restaurant offered a great menu and front of house staff in hotel were helpful and friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location, in front if the River, it’s so nice, we really enjoyed the lobby bar, the restaurant at the main floor, we went to the rooftop but didn’t stay too long because it was too crowded for our taste, it has amazing views. The room is very spacious, so clean and with great amenities. Every staff member we had interaction with were very kind and professional. I not only recommend this place, I will definitely will stay there again next time I go back to Chicago.
