My recent stay at the Laurel Hotel in Danville, VA was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and cleanliness that set the tone for our entire visit. What truly stood out during our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every team member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile and was eager to assist with any questions or requests we had.

Check in was breeze. The staff was friendly. Rooms are clean

There is no one onsite to help with any issues. Their response was someone will get back to you with 1-3 days which clearly isn’t helpful.

For the money the place was reasonable, except for the numerous long hairs in the shower and the complete lack of hot water. There was a stuffed chair sitting outside our door, even thought there was not one missing from our room. I have no idea where it came from and why it was there.
