Rooms were ok coukd use updating. I think they were very short staffed . Ww were there 4 nights no one ever touched our room the whole time. We had to ask for clean towels. Again I feel they were very short staffed.

They cancelled our room didn’t tell us. U til we went to check In. Overbooked and said Expedia cancelled

We checked in and went up to the room. The hallway smelled like sewer as did the room. I went to ask if we could change rooms and was told that the hotel was sold out. That seemed weird as there was only maybe 8 cars parked. The poor girl ar reception was at a loss on what to do as the manager was gone. She did hive us air freshener to use (didn't help much). We also needed soap as there was none in the room . It was late and did not want to try for another hotel as we needed to get up at 4am. We went back to the room and the toilet was broken so we had to manually make the flapper work. The day we got home I emailed the company for a refund and was offered 10,000 points that I could use for another stay. The room was $183.00 and the points would be between $40 and 60. I wonder how they would feel if it was their family member having to sleep in a room that smelled like sewer.
