The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel overall is ok, but needs to be updated and I do believe they are working on it. I had a few issues with the rooms but the management was very nice and apologetic about it. They made sure I was happy and made it right when I checked out.

No hot water, no coffee, poor room amenities, noisy. It was a clean bed but i couldve paid half as much elsewhere for just that. Hotel was offering refunds to guest due to lack of water but because i used this stupid app i paid full price
