We arrived later in the evening and after we found the sheets, blanket and pillows for the pullout bed, we were able to put them on. After putting them on, we noticed what appeared to be bed bugs in the sheets. We informed the front office and they placed in a different room, but no reimbursement for the trouble. When we checked in, we were told that we would need to return the next morning to pick up the required parking passes, which would put us at risk of being towed (both vehicles). Fortunately we weren’t towed. When we went to get the passes the next morning, we weren’t towed asked how things were so far. We mentioned the bed bugs situation and the woman across the room from the main check in said that it wasn’t bed bugs and that it was ink. We saw what we saw and we’ve stayed at a number of hotels due to our daughter being a competitive swimmer and that often requires us to travel and stay in hotels.

My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!

We enjoyed our stay at historic Linden Row. Originally built in the 1800’s and restored to period, you’ll find high ceilings, original wood floors and period chandeliers. We were celebrating our 25th so splurged and rented a two room suite. The hotel is charming but lacks the luxury you might find spending the same amount elsewhere. Parking is off site but close to the hotel. Location is centrally located. The floors in our suite looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile with dust visable beneath desk and cabinets. We made note of our anniversary at time of booking, and on two other occasions at the front desk, but no effort was made to honor our special day until we wrote to guest services. They responded apologetically and provided some special gifts. Apparently the person who provides special guest services was out of town. After reaching out four times at least they came around but having to speak out so many times and falling upon deaf ears left us thinking we should have booked elsewhere. Despite this huge oversight, we would return again.
