A little updating is needed; painting would go along way. Beds were ok but pillows were hard and flat. Extensive ant infestation on pool deck. Staff was very nice.

The mattress was excellent! There seems to be some upgrading going on. It would've been perfect if the same breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes were still being served and if the pool was open. Otherwise, it was a clean and peaceful stay.

I stayed there recently for a music fest after another property cancelled my place last minute under very shady circumstances. I had to pay more , but the rate was better than other last minute hotels in the area and it was the closest to the venue that I could get. Very nice room that even had an umbrella in the room that turned out to be very handy. Housekeeping was daily and very detailed. Restaurant was also quite tasty and had good service. Just a great stay.

The host was friendly and responsive to all our questions, and both check-in and check-out were easy. The property has a lot of potential, with a lovely living room and kitchen. The location is excellent, and parking was manageable. That said, there were a few moments when the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations and I wished I chose another option. I’d say there’s still some work to be done to live up to the name.
