Lovely location. Bed a bit firm, but the room cleaner gave us an extra duvet which helped. In need of a bit of a refurbishment.

the location was excellent for what I needed, was mainly there to play the Goliath poker tournament at the CBS arena ,this was a short walk away. local shops were also within walking distance, so extremely useful when it came to stocking up on supplies. there were a few little niggles about the property but nothing that would stop me from staying there again

The room was very clean. Our only criticism would be that the step up into the shower pod seemed hazardous. Mainly coming out, when you forget there's a step down and we both tripped a few times but luckily held our balance. I would add that the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, giving us advice as to best way to walk to the Cathedral etc and especially amenable to leaving our bags behind securely before check in and after check out. Called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived so we didn't have to wait outside. Just little things like this matter. We did not breakfast there so can't comment on that.
