Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with the exception of the desk chair. Not ideal for working in the room it’s uncomfortable. Reception staff were polite friendly and helpful offering insights into local restaurants and area. Breakfast. Basic selection of cold and a menu of hot food options. Full English was impeccable Staff were excellent

Great spot. Very quiet. Suggest you find it in daylight hours as it’s a bit tricky. Super friendly staff. Cooked breakfast would improve it.

Great service, rooms as expected, bathroom needs a refurb as shower head is hanging loose, staff was good

Communication is good, The place is clean and close to all beautiful places to see in Bath. but no lift.
