Wilbraham Vacation Packages

This is our second time staying at this facility. They were able to check us in right away so we can get to our room. It was an extremely hot weekend. Upon entering our room, we realize that our air-conditioning was not working. We went down to the front desk and they sent somebody up immediately to look at it. They asked us to wait 30 minutes and see if it would get better. We tried to shower and we were sweating while taking our shower. We called down and let them know and they changed us over to another room. We were grateful for the quick service we got from them. Sometimes things break, but how you handle them is what makes the difference in this hotel stepped up to the plate and took care of business. I appreciate all the efforts.

Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.

What a disappointment booked 2 rooms- I would have left the property but had elderly parents and we traveled all day and were exhausted. Rooms smelled musty and cigarette. Hole in sheet, blood on comforter, hair in bathroom. Parents sink wouldn’t drain- had to take cold showers water would not regulate- oh my heard traffic the whole time we were there along with noisy hallways-such a disappointment cause it was ideal to who we were visiting. Desk person was a bit grumpy

Walking into the Hilton Garden the lobby was so nice and clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and overall a great place to stay

Clean room bed was very comfortable
