I decided on this hotel due to the airport shuttle so my college kid who I was dropping off did not have to drive me to the airport at 4am. I called and confirmed prior to reserving a room that the shuttle runs from 4am-8:30am. I confirmed and gave my information for the shuttle Friday night, I re confirmed Saturday night. Sunday morning the shuttle did not arrive, the staff said they “texted the driver” but did “not hear back”. I ended up having to use Lyft and paying extra for faster service as it was 4:20am and I needed to be at the airport.

Room was clean. A/C worked very well, shower got good and hot. Bed was comfortable. Osaka restaurant and bar was awesome and staff was super friendly.

The restaurant was understaffed and took forever to wait on us and even longer to bring our food and it wasn’t busy. The room had temporary fans in it and it appeared the sliding door to the balcony had been leaking. The next day I broke out in a rash from head to toe. This was probably a good place to stay back in the day, but it hasn’t aged well.
