One night stay for local event room was basic but clean. The hotel was safe and quiet. We stayed at the Claridge 2 weeks earlier and paid 3 times the money for a dirty dark room. This is a simple family run property, so if you just need a clean quiet room this works.

Clean room, but got a smoking room, even though I requested for non-smoking

We stayed in the centurion tower 40th floor. View of beach and ocean: Only if standing at window. But still a nice view. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were not very comfortable themselves. Property was clean. Cocktails in restaurants $15-22. Small latte $9. Just to give you the basics. Food was good. Location is good

The big positive of this hotel is that is pet-friendly and that is next door to Ocean Resort where I attended an event. The New Orleans tower where all the pet-friendly rooms are located needs an upgrade. The room itself was clean, but the carpeting on the hallway was beyond filthy. Of the 4 elevators for that tower only one was working. At night after 11 PM when I’ve got back after the event there was a line like at the airport : people waiting for that one pathetic elevator. Unreal.

Major surcharge for pool and beach cabanas

Long lines, few staff.. broken check in machines… sad!
