I arrived here during to extreme weather and was unable to drive. It wasn't my first choice but the most convenient. I could tell when I pulled up that it was not going to be perfect, which was ok with me, I'd rather be safe in my travels. The manager was in his room when I arrived and promptly got me a room. As soon as I walked in the intense smell of raw sewage hit me like a ton of bricks. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone. I walked to the front desk and he escorted me to a different room across the hall. This room smelled of mold and mildew but I was relieved it didn't smell of sewage. It smelled as if you left your clothes in the washer for 2 weeks. The bed was uncomfortable, the window was cracked, it was unkempt. There were obvious surfaces where patrons used to cut up drugs. I used Expedia to book. The next day I requested a refund through Expedia and they could not contact the property. I called the next day and the manager refused to refund my money. Don't let the 2 to 3 stars fool you, this place is garbage. I will not use Expedia in the future since they refused my refund.

Place looks bad from outside but rooms are clean

I had a wonderful night and will definitely be back! The staff was very kind and helpful the room was clean the jacuzzi tub was perfect to relax and watch movies 100/10 recommend. Thank you for a relaxing evening that was much needed!
