I don’t see how this place past state inspection it literally should be shut down. 90 percent of the rooms or out of service. Insulation is falling from the ceilings. I literally almost fell from the top floor room to the bottom floor. I honestly believe I should get a refund.

Average hotel. Clean , but tub and sink drained slowly and tub faucet leaked continuously. Breakfast had limited selections, but filled the stomach if not too picky.

ghastly, No one at reception 3:30 in afternoon (I had a reservation). When I finally found someone, 1st room had no bedding, just bare torn mattress w/ 2 lumpy pillows thrown on bed, fridge and microwave unplugged and turned to wall. Second room had a hole about 1x2 feet in the front window; only 2 sheets on bed, no blanket in February. Heater was duct-taped to the wall. Single overhead light had no bulb and when I finally found another employee to get me one, I discovered the fixture wasnt functional. Mini-fridge froze all my just-purchased groceries. Apparent cronies of employees of main owner goofing off with loud and profane language in parting lot...they looked like something out of duck dynasty. The place just across the road is $20 cheaper and looks nicer. This Motel 10 was an absolute pit. Cant believe they can stay in business. One night was one too many.

There was no hairdryer, refrigerator, tissue, no bathroom amenities NONE! This handicapped room had grab bars in the shower but NONE near the toilet. I'll include a picture of the toilet seat. The tub need to be resurfaced with non-slip material. The room needs more outlets to charge devices. The drapes were falling off the rod. The door card did not work. I was told to slide the card in & out until the light turns green. No breakfast not even a cup of coffee. The TV did not turn on. The desk clerk came to the room and had to walk through the complete set up.

We arrived late, so that does effect the quality of the room. That being said, there should be a minimum standard for a room that is provided to a guest. We were advised after some dedicated searching by the front desk staff, that tours was the only one left. The air conditioner did not work and was noisy. The smoke detector was removed and bare wires stuck out of the ceiling. The room was better than sleeping in our car. But not better than looking for other lodging.
