The hotel is a little outdated and run down but the suite was huge and very clean. I loved the fact that they have a spa and coffee shop onsite. Although poor breakfast choices. Also, make sure you book spa services way in advance and not when you get there. Overall the place looks nice and the staff were amazing ! Everyone from the lobby to gift shop to spa were all very helpful and very nice. If I’m in the area again I will rebook.

Our stay was excellent! We enjoyed our balcony view from our comfortable patio chairs. Breakfast was top notch. All in all, we will return!

Room could have been cleaner (stain on blanket, ceiling bath vent very layered in dust, stain on chair) Our buildings hot water heater broke so there was no hot shower but they let me use another vacant rooms cleaned bathroom and offered us a discount on the rate

Very cute and clean. Very accessible to bar harbor and hiking areas.

Beautiful location and reasonably priced.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast, water bottles and free ice cream were great. It was also nice to be away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and eat at less crowded sites. The bathroom especially needed attention, missing paint and scratches, but the shower was good and the towels very soft and absorbent.
