Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

The hotel was extremely clean. We have been staying there for years, but we were disappointed in the breakfast. We understand it is a continental breakfast, but it has definitely gone downhill--don't consider hardboiled eggs in a bag, prepackaged muffins and bagels a breakfast. Would at least have liked to have seen some fruit and some oatmeal. The coffee was very good, along with juices and water. It was supposed to be open from 8-10--always late in opening up. Would like to see it open earlier in the morning for early risers. We arrived 1-2 hours early and was told we could park even though our room wasn't ready. We were not told we would be charged an additional $20 to park. If we had known, we would have parked on the street!!

Best hotel, Bravo! Super comfortable, very cozy, big lobby, rooms. Nice coffee shop and summer pool. May be food upstairs is not the best. I would like to thank your server on top floor, he was very professional and nice when my child asked for the watermelon. Thank you Arlo
