Windsor Heights Vacation Packages

We were supposed to stay on 103. The parking lot had people possibly living in it. The hotel smelled terrible. The walls were gross ,ceiling tiles were missing. Our room smelled like someone smoked 3 packs of Marlboro reds right before we walked into our non smoking room. The bedding was dirty and had burn holes in it. We left our key and walked out. Horrible do not stay here.

The bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. Stains in toilet, shower wasn't really clean. Cobwebs in the main part of the room, hanging off lights. Refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV turned on in the middle of the night, remote was on night stand. The breakfast service didn't start until 8am. On a weekend. So wasn't able to use that perk.

The bedroom did not have an air conditioner nor an ac vent, so basically was not air conditioned and had no air flow. Perhaps our room was just mid-remodel, but that was definitely lacking. The layout and space were great, and the remodel is progressing nicely but not compete in the details. For $150 a night it was overall okay, and it was fine enough for the 1 night we were there. But we would not choose to stay here again, at least in its current state. Once the remodel is complete though, this place will be a contender! Staff was nice enough.

Our stay at the property was okay. Our room was outdated but over all clean. Other individuals in our party had poor quality rooms. Beds were terrible and the bathrooms were not very clean. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was as expected. Overall for the amount of money we spent, I expected better.

It is under construction and wasn't told that. Had to call the hotel to get someone to the registration desk to check in as no one was there. I'm sure it will be good once construction is done.

Our 3 day stay was very pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. Wish they had a fitness area but that, for us, isn't a deal breaker. We would stay here again.
