I gave it 3 star overall because the maintenance guys helped me retrieve my necklace that fell in the sink but the customer service of the two ladies in the front desk was horrible. Both ladies whenever I called them to ask a question sounded frustrated and would hang up before I even was done talking. I had left my makeup pouch at the hotel when checking out and when I called the only person who truly showed good customer service was the guy I spoke to as it truly felt like he was trying to help me find my lost item. Even when I went to retrieve my lost item the lady in the front desk had an attitude while handing me the item while the guy actually spoke nicely and respectfully to me. Will I ever be staying at this hotel again? NO!!!!!

The room and hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was located in the best spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, we walked everywhere, but the bus stopped in front of the hotel. The River Walk is right across the street. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city.

Staff was amazing—so helpful, attentive, and hands-on throughout our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view was beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience!

Nice staff, easy check-in, and about an 8 minute walk to red line which can get you all over town. No complaints about our stay.
