The road to the hotel is in rough shape.

The room was covered in dog hair including the bed and all surfaces. The front desk person had to remake the bed with new linens. I requested lysol wipes to clean the surfaces from hair and received a dirty rag and spray. After all that, I discovered a disturbing red stain on rug. I reported it as a response on the welcome text. I received a response that I would hear something soon. Never did. The next day I received a survey, rated low. Received response that I would be contacted. Never did. Mildew in bathroom, bad smell, key cards randomly stopped working. Poor experience.

Clean, great breakfast, location

Had a fanstastic stay in Quality Inn. Love the place, it was very clean, the fresh towels, and the bed was so neat. What I enjoy more about staying was the complimetary breakfast. Love sthe sausage, egg and even I the waffle maker. Overall, I was satisfied by the place.

Our room was super clean and comfortable. The matress, pillows and bedding were top notch. Also, the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and kind.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort could really use some updating and they have a great selection of activities, however, the arcade wasn’t operating and half of the bowling lanes were broken down. The sports bar has the slowest service times I have ever experienced which was hard with toddlers. We had fun but likely will not return for the amount we paid.
