Beautiful hotel. Loved it and convenient. Shuttle bus even picks up up and drop you off right in front from Amtrak station to hotel. Staff was wonderful. Arwa clean. Literally in a college campus.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too.

Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72 hr before..." It was not expected...

No parking on property you must use a parking garage and fees are not included. No checking in early unless you pay extra even if your room is empty. Shampoo and conditioner were in refillable bottles and half empty. TV works half the time if at all. There was no breakfast items at all. The rooms are very small even the ones that sleep 6 people. Basically a cheap ghetto motel. Will never stay there again.
