This place was absolutely amazing! The bedroom was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in Beautiful grounds, too.

There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

There was absolutely no one there to help with the check-in. Everything is done on a computer on the table in the lobby. If you make one mistake, you can’t ask anyone for help because there is absolutely no one in the building for security, to answer questions, or to direct you how to navigate the online.

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

We had a short stay, one night. We enjoyed our breakfast and walking around the grounds. Peaceful.
