Broken AC in our room and no way to reach staff. Stale pastries. Only one coffee cup for two people. Something was off about the bed cover which made the sheets fall off all night. Terribly uncomfortable stay.

Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist.

Room wasn't cleaned properly shower dirty, someone else's hair all over. Mouse droppings,ants and the smell of mice urine, do not recommend

The property is out dated with soft beds and not much to do on the property for adults. Our entry door had spider webs and so did the patio. We hear a loud noise every 20 to 30 minutes and it was coming from the basement. Definitely would not stay here again.

Great service Friendly staff

What an interesting and unusual hotel. From the outside, it looks like an 1885 castle/mansion (not sure the actual year of construction). From the inside, it looks like a very nice early 2000s (?) corporate hotel. Huge rooms, super clean. Quiet. Easy parking. A good in-town choice, but the unusual character of the outside is not reflected on the inside.

Great service and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel need update for sure. Over all experience was pretty good. Restaurant food was good.
