The workers were so friendly! Especially in the bar and restaurant

We enjoyed our stay. Full of families and pets with a huge courtyard in the middle of the property with live music, line dancing class, outdoor service bar, firepits with smores, kids playing.. I can't wait to bring my grandkids back there.

Cute place, you can tell they are working on improvements to the grounds. Nothing near by and restaurant only does dinner but the food was excellent.

Staff was great, we were arriving late so I called ahead and was able to work it out getting the key as I don't believe the front desk is serviced at night. Property is about 20 minutes from Yellowstone west entrance so factor that in if thats your sole purpose of staying. Similarly, need to drive into West Yellowstone for most food options.

Great place to view Northern lights .

The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together. TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless. We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better. Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

This was a great place to stay near Jackson. The unit was a little dated for the price, but the staff was helpful and most everything else was great. A beautiful view of the Tetons, too bad they didn't have a restaurant.
