The hot tub was excellent, excellent water pressure and the water temperature stayed hot for a long time. The rooms were quiet no shared walls meant no noisy neighbors. The bed was actually comfortable. The pillows were awful 18” decorative pillows not bed pillows. There were 3 lightbulbs out in our room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the fan in the water closet sounded like a dying dinosaur. For a stay beyond a day or 2 there was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet no way to unpack clothes. There was a serious gap around the exterior door you could see outside and inside! The door to the water closet didn’t shut. Even with these issues we will be back to stay for the bed and hot tub, we’ll just bring hangers and pillows from home.

I think it was a good place to stay most of the things to do ate 18 and older. So my kids were pretty board we did go to target and get some board games. They enjoyed the pool for a little.

The hotels hot water heater for the entire hotel broke and no customers had hot water to bath or shower with. The heat did not work in my room. I was given a discount but it was not nearly enough. I should have been comped the room. I mean I was cold and needed a shower. It was a shame because the facility is lovely and Gettysburg is a great place to visit.

Everything good but for months elevator still not working

Convenient location for me Friendly staff

The Holiday Inn was excellent. Very clean, large rooms and great amenities. Love the free hot chocolate and coffee.
