The check in process was very smooth and the person working in check in was very nice and friendly. I didn’t have problems until I reached the cabin. Firstly, the cabin lock did not work entirely. Only the top lock worked and the bottom lock on the door knob did not. When I was leaving to lock the door it took me a couple minutes to even lock the door because the lock that did work didn’t work very well. The cabin was not clean. The bathroom did not have a trash can for feminine products (which I needed) and no hand soap! There were also stains on the bathtub and some hair. When we went to check the beds there were red, yellow, and black stains on one of them. We asked for new sheets and soap at around 5 pm and did not get a response for an hour but at that point I had left the property to go to my concert. I checked the response at around 11-11:30 when we were going back to the property and they simply told us they’d bring us sheets and soap in the morning, which would have been no use since we were only staying one night. We were going to try to stay the night and just see if we could use the bottom sheets to sleep on but when we pulled them back they were full of long hair! It wasn’t just one or two but it had been very clearly not been washed. That was when we decided we would not stay the night. We requested a refund but got no response.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Price was reasonable. Self parking rate matches other hotels. Staff was very friendly. Room exceeded my expectations. What I liked: Room was a mini suite. It had a kitchen with 3/4 fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, real plates, glasses and tableware, some utensils including cutting board and peeler. There is a sleeper sofa (I didn't check it out) and desk on one side of room with swivel big TV between that room and the bed. Bathroom is spacious with walk-in shower. Dressing area has a mirrored counter. Breakfast was fine, except oatmeal was too thick. Bacon was wonderfully crisp. What I didn't like: Lighting is dim throughout. Light switches are odd - sometimes you have to switch the one at the door to turn on all overhead lights. Sofa is not comfortable to sit on because the cushions compact when you sit down. Then you have a problem getting up. Two hotels on top of each other may seem interesting but this seemed to make the elevators slow to come. You have to scan twice to get out of the parking lot. The scanners are too far to reach from the car so I had to partially open my door each time. And, there is no "out" in the first row of the P4 level so if there are no spaces, you have to back out or turn around carefully. Ice maker in fridge doesn't work bur you can get a small bag of ice from the little market area next to reception (at no charge).

The manager did not respond to multiple attempts to reach him regarding the dryer not working. It’s important to understand that this is not a true hotel room or property, but extended stay apartments where long-term tenants reside in the same buildings as rooms that are rented for shorter stays. This caused an issue because our kids disturbed a downstairs neighbor while they were simply playing. There was no information left on how to dispose of trash, so we drove around with trash bags until we found the one dumpster for the entire property. The pool doesn’t look anything like it does in the photos, and its claim to be a “resort style” pool is a joke. There were cracks in the concrete and no shaded areas. The restrooms were not open at the pool and we had to walk into the front office dripping wet to locate a toilet.

Great stay and close to spectrum center

Very clean and quiet
