Staff was nice. Property was good price was excellent. The problem was nobody informed me there was active striking from local union who are blocking roads. I could not park anywhere nearby and had to lug international travels worth of luggage from 30 minutes away. Staff were trying their best. this resort sucks though right now stay away

Recently renovated hotel so room looked very good. Upon check-in I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. They sent up a bottle of wine and popcorn complementary. Nice touch.

We really enjoyed this resort! We loved the massages from the Spa and found the Aquapath to be truly one of a kind. The property sits on a serene section of the bay which was very picturesque with the fall foliage. Admittedly we anticipated the tennis court to be a hard court so we didn’t end up playing for long. Every other amenity in the property is amazing! We will be coming back.

Excellent bars - lobby and rooftop. Nice pool although kind of small. Free loaner bicycles was a great perk! Staff was excellent.

We had a great stay here, the location is convenient to everywhere, all within half hour walk basically. And it has shoppers, Dollarama, grocery stores across the street, so many restaurants choices on the street as well

Temperature controlled pool and hot tubs. Free parking. Clean room .. exhaust fan in bathroom not working

First off, amazing host, easy to contact and deal with. The property itself wasn’t well maintained. Floor scraped, walls not painted and with plaster patches, long hair in the bath tub. The bed was not comfortable, basically the place is exploited at the lowest possible standard to maximize profit. Location is convenient but that stay was not worth the money.
