The owner asked for add’l funds after the booking in order to receive the entry code & would not refund the booking when I declined the request. In other bookings all fees are itemized up front.

Breakfast was really nice. Property is very well kept. Room was very clean. Great location for a lot of activities.

Great location near the Convention Center!

A/C was broken in the room and on multiple floors, I tried multiple rooms (7) to be exact and they all were reading between 78-84 in the room but set to 70 or lower. I also was supposed to be given a refund to the room which the front desk receptionist confirmed, but as of today, that has yet to be placed back into my checking account.

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped

Property was cute with character. . Jungle theme was evident but not overwhelming. Beds were comfortable. Good location.

The host was amazing, and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. Will stay again when we return to Columbus!
