We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!

The rooms were big enough for two. It is very conveniently located and the front desk answered all my questions. The laundry area was very convenient although the machines were a bit confusing on the instructions.
