There was mold growing on the ceiling. There were spiderwebs underneath the bed. There was something in the tub. I didn’t even wanna touch. There was tape stains in the tub. Also, there was roaches. The refrigerator didn’t cool and there were stains on the mattress. The mattresses felt like they were real old, real springy in the sheets smelt.

Our room was gross. Obviously an old building.. fridge was warm, top freezer super thick with ice you couldn’t even put an ice pack in it. Baseboards and corners gross, shower had mold in corners and grout around tiles and tile floors are dark- they don’t scrub. One plus is the sheets seemed clean..yay.

Breakfast was very low quality. Front desk staff failed to note that my room was prepaid and billed my card again for stay despite my telling them that I was prepaid. Repeated phone calls were brushed off by hotel staff. I ended up having to formally dispute charges with my booking agent and my bank. Will never stay at a La Quinta again.

Beds are super comfy and got a great night's sleep

Extremely slow check in. The bathtub had no cover on the tub overflow (disgusting!), no sink stopper, no cover for the vent on the ceiling and it was full of dust, stain on the comforter, dirty walls and floor edges. We will not stay here again.
